Shuttle from the Hotel to the Reception

There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue that will make two trips. The first trip will be at 3:30, drop the guests at the venue, return to the hotel, and depart at 4:15 for the final trip to the venue. Trip 1: Leaves hotel at 3:30 arrives at 3:45 Trip 2: Leaves hotel at 4:15 arrives at 4:30

There will be a shuttle that will make two trips back to the hotel at the end of the night. The first shuttle will depart the reception at 9:45 p.m. and arrive at the hotel around 10 p.m. The shuttle will return to the reception and take the remaining guests back, departing at 10:30 p.m. Trip 1: Leaves reception at 9:45 arrives at 10 p.m. Trip 2: Leaves reception at 10:30 arrives at 10:45 p.m.
