We came together through the time-tested and always honorable tradition of online dating. After a few messages about our taste in music and the fact that Steph went to the Green Day show at Webster Hall that Joon had been wanting to get tickets to, Joon asked to continue the conversation over a drink. We matched, messaged, and met within 24 hours, which resulted in a 5 hour date that would have gone longer had the restaurant not closed and kicked us out. Our second date started with a movie at 1PM and ended with Joon walking Steph home at around midnight. By the third date, a Mitski concert at Kings Theatre, we both knew this was something different. Fast forward through many trips together including to Utah/Arizona, London, Liverpool, Paris, Milan, Copenhagen, Connecticut, LA, and Korea, hundreds of concerts together, and a ruptured Achilles (*Joon's) - we are so excited to be engaged and can't wait to celebrate our wedding with all of you in NYC <3
