Please be sure to arrive by 2:30- 2:45pm. So you can park and find a seat, the ceremony begins at 3:00pm sharp.
Semi-formal attire/cocktail, please. We are dressing up and would love if you will too. But we want you to feel comfortable..remember the ceremony will be outdoors at 3pm in August.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! So lets leave the little ones at home.
Due to COVID-19, we have had to significantly reduce our guest list. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

We kindly ask that you leave your iPhones and digital cameras in your pockets or purses for our ceremony. We ask that you truly be a part of our ceremony and not watch or record it through your screens. Our lovely photographers and videographer will get much better shots this way. We will have a photo backdrop in the reception space for you to take pics with
The venue is very accommodating with dietary restrictions and allergies, we kindly ask that you inform us ahead of time when you RSVP or directly contact Stephanie or John ahead of time
Yes! Bellamere winery allows you to park your car overnight so you can enjoy yourself at our open bar and get home safely.
Yes. There will be shuttles back to the Delta hotel at 11pm and after midnight. You can leave your car parked at Bellamere Winery overnight.
Due to the fact that we are in stage 3 in Ontario there are several rules that need to be adhered to: 1) Masks must be worn at all times indoors when you are not seated at your dinner table. This includes getting up to use the restroom, walking outside, dancing, or going to the photo backdrop. 2) Stay with your table. When getting up to go to the photobooth you need to remain with your table 3) Cocktail hour will not be passed appetizers but instead platters will be served to you at your table. You may take your drinks and food on a plate out with you to the patio, where you can take off your mask outdoors, however you must remain seated at a table 4) Masks need to stay on while dancing and try to remain as socially distanced as possible from other households/tables as able while dancing Thank you for understanding.
