If you know Steph, her work is her everything. So where else would she meet her future husband than while doing what she does best - work. Dom, a fresh college graduate from Louisiana was just starting to find his place in the big city - work, life and everything Dallas had to offer. Yet, he set his eyes on her and though it would be 2 years before a first date - neither of them would forget that warehouse where they met.

In the era of social media and all things digital how else would they would reconnect than by Dom “sliding in the DM’s.” Using one of the most romantic forms of communication, he asked her to dinner on Snapchat. She agreed, Pappadeux it was! Little did they know it would be the first time they get kicked out of a restaurant for staying way too long past its closing time - but definitely not their last.

It took 2 years of dating for everything to fall into place. Dom’s persistence and patience were the key to win over Steph’s logical and rational heart. Oh it sure was not perfect, but in 2017 when Steph needed consistency the most, she found that in Dom. And Dom, he found in Steph unwavering loyalty. Being Together, everyday just made life better for them both. So on 12.30.18 when he asked her to be together, everyday, forever... the answer was easy - and she said OF COURSE! 💍
