Please park in the main parking lot outside of the Golf Club and enter through the main entrance. The ceremony will be on the patio to the right of the building as you are facing it. For those who are staying at The Hilton Garden Inn, we have arranged transport to and from the venue. Anyone who has their own transportation, you will have the option to leave your vehicle parked at the venue over night. Either is fine, we just want you to be safe!
4:45 pm
Cocktail hour will be held in the bar & patio area, over looking the golf course. The bar will be open with wine, beer and liquor. Non-alcoholic options will of course be available to all of our guests, as well. After cocktail hour, the bar will stay open with wine and beer for the remainder of the evening. There will be a cash bar option available to anyone who would prefer it.
6:00 pm
Dinner will be served at 6pm, following cocktail hour. Please choose from the following three choices of dinner entrees for each guest that will be attending (one entree per guest please). First, we have the option of Chicken Piccata, a sautéed chicken breast finished with lemon caper butter sauce. The second option is an eight-ounce char-grilled sirloin steak with wild mushroom demi-glace. Finally, for our friends who would prefer to keep it lite, we have a portabella stuffed mushroom ravioli with pesto-herb cream sauce. Each entree will come with a house ranch starter salad, a side of asparagus and mashed potatoes. Please let us know if there are any food sensitivities that we should be aware of and we will happily accommodate!
6:30 pm
The last part of the evening will kick off with a champagne toast. Followed by the sweetest things of all - dessert & dancing as one big family!
