Where is the wedding? How do I get there?

Saddleback Mountain 976 Saddleback Mountain Rd Rangeley, ME 04970 From Main St/Route 4 in Rangeley, turn onto Dallas Hill Road and go 2.5 miles, then take a slight right onto Saddleback Mountain Road. You'll run into the lodge about 4.5 miles in.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and happy hour will be outdoors, weather permitting so dress accordingly. You never know when that Maine mountain wind will kick in.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

GLITTER/SEQUINS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED Dressy casual/cocktail attire (Ties optional) We'd prefer you be ready to dance, socialize and have a good time so wear what you feel best in.

Is there transportation to/from the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is a shuttle available to/from Saddleback Mountain properties. No transportation available outside of the Saddleback Mountain properties. Plenty of parking at the lodge for anyone preferring to drive or staying outside the shuttle range.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, our immediate family will be taking pictures for about 30 minutes. Guests can move from the lawn to the deck where snacks and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served around 6 pm, with dancing to follow.

Can I bring my kids? A date?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Question

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

All food will be gluten free unless otherwise specified. Both vegetarian and meat options will be available. If you have additional dietary restrictions please let us know when you RSVP.
