One of our favorite locations to enjoy nature & hike, right in Clark's hometown! Huntington Reservation is located in Bay Village on the shores of Lake Erie. Picnic areas high above the beach offer visitors opportunities to enjoy the striking and ever-changing lake views.

This large park covers approximately 5 acres along the West Branch of the Rocky River and Plum Creek, located on Water Street. The park provides a variety of recreational opportunities. It includes scenic waterfalls, fishing, walking trails, picnic areas with grills and an old world like stone covered pavilion and restrooms. There are also many alcoves to discover.

The only swamp forest in Cleveland Metroparks, Bradley Woods Reservation is full of cultural and natural uniqueness. Nestled off Bradley Road in Westlake sits 795 acres of a little park gem called Bradley Woods Reservation. A walking path surrounds a pond called Bunns Lake where ducks and geese are plentiful and the occasional blue heron has been known to visit as well. The forest is laden with pin oak, yellow birch, sour gum, red maple and tulip trees. Along with the path around the lake, there are over two miles of hiking trails. An open grassy area near the picnic shelter offers space for informal recreation, and a nearby monarch butterfly waystation provides these threatened insects a place to rest.

The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is a 183-acre zoo in Cleveland, Ohio. It is a part of the Cleveland Metroparks system and is divided into several areas: Australian Adventure; African Savanna; Northern Wilderness Trek, The Primate, Cat & Aquatics Building, Waterfowl Lake, The RainForest, and the newly added Asian Highlands. It has one of the largest collections of primates in North America.

The Great Lakes Science Center is a museum and educational facility in downtown Cleveland. Many of the exhibits document the features of the natural environment in the Great Lakes region of the United States. The facility includes signature and traveling exhibits, meeting space, a cafe, and an IMAX Dome theater. Great Lakes Science Center is funded by the citizens of Cuyahoga County through Cuyahoga Arts and Culture, grants, funds, and corporate and individual gifts. The museum opened in July 1996. The center's exhibits support STEM with exhibits including the BioMedTech Gallery, advanced energy, science phenomena and space. The Science Center is home to the NASA Glenn Visitor Center, one of only 11 such Visitor Centers in the country.

Fun Fact: This is where Clark's Dad & Mom met! Cedar Point is an amusement park located on a Lake Erie peninsula in Sandusky, Ohio. Opened in 1870, it is considered the second-oldest operating amusement park in the United States behind only Lake Compounce. Known as "America's Roller Coast", the park features a world-record 71 rides, including 17 roller coasters – the second-most in the world behind Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Our favorite chocolate shoppe! All of the Malley’s Chocolate Shoppes and Ice Cream Parlors feature beautifully decorated interiors replete with hand-painted walls, hand-etched and painted glass panels and each were fashioned in our classic green, white and pink.
