A pandemic, a new home, a new baby, and three wedding postponements later, Steph and Brendan have been on quite the journey. The time has finally come to celebrate their marriage! What if I told you a $13 beer could change your life.... After each being on the bottom of the totem pole for Bears tickets, both agreed to go to the game. Going on hardly sleep from the night before, Brendan partying and Steph saving lives, the future soulmates changed their life trajectories. Upon waiting in the beer line at halftime, Steph walked passed. A lure disguised as a kind gesture, Brendan bought Steph and her friend a beer. He then proceeded to grab her phone number and eventually her heart.

An elaborate ruse was in the works as Steph and Brendan boarded their flight for a friend's wedding in the UK. After a few days in West Country and a quick stop in Norwich, Steph and Brendan made their way back to London. It wasn't until their final night that the couple headed out for dinner at London's Aquashard. On their rainy walk to dinner, Brendan asked Steph to stop and look at the stunning views that London had to offer. As they gazed at Tower Bridge, Brendan dropped to one knee and proposed. In complete shock, Steph said, "Yes!" As Brendan went to embrace his new life partner, a jovial British onlooker interrupted, hugging him and congratulating Steph with an open-mouth kiss. Fortunately Brendan had his friend disguised as a tourist taking photos, capturing such a special moment- & the photos say it all. And so the next chapter of their lives begin...
