It's a 23.5km trip (~30 minutes) from the airport to Hyatt Ziva. At the time of booking, the website will show a notification saying that an automatic charge will be made to the credit card, please ignore; the full stay will be charged to each guest 30 days prior the arrival. At the time of check in, a $500.00USD hold will be placed on your credit card. This hold will be released the same day of their departure, once it is verified that there are no extras or incidentals. Due to a local tax, all guests are subject to paying a municipal/local tax upon check in of $72.62mxn per room per night (around $4 USD per night), the tax applies to all guests and will be charged upon arrival at the hotel. This is additional to the final amount shown into their room confirmation. Please note it is subject to change.
