Both of us being Patriot alumni, (G-Dubb!), we never thought of ourselves as anything more than friends. We were drawn together because we uniquely share the same birthday as well as the beautiful struggles of being left handed! September 2011, we decided to celebrate our birthdays together since we also shared the same friends, and from there on it was a beautiful friendship! It wasn't until January 2012, that Stephan finally asked Megan on a date to a Nuggets game when the sparks and magic began to fly. We have been inseparable ever since!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, quarantine was getting the best of us! It was a beautiful night, but we had not had the best day lol. We decided to take a walk to reflect on life, our relationship and to remind ourselves what was important to us. The walk was coming to an end, when I turned to find Stephan on one knee and a ring in his hand. "If we have learned anything during this, life is too short to wait to do the things we want with the ones we love."- Stephan. The rest was tears of joy and pure happiness!
