We recommend flying to Porto Airport (OPO), which is the biggest airport close to Baiona. Ryanair flies directly from Karlsruhe/ Baden or from Frankfurt International to Porto. Alternatively you could also fly to Vigo Airport in Spain. Anyhow we recommend renting a car, so you are flexible. If you book in advance, there should be some good deals.
