Flight
You can also fly into Milan Malpensa Airport. Both airports are about the same distance (a little over 3 hours) from the venue including a 2.5 hour train to Florence and a 45 minute taxi to the venue.
Train
If you are flying in to the Rome Fiumicino International Airport, we recommend you take a taxi/bus to either Roma Termini Train Station or Roma Tiburtina Train Station (both same distance from airport) and catch a train to Firenze Santa Maria Novella (Firenze SMN) Station. From there, you can take another taxi/rental car to get to the venue. If you are flying in to the Milano Malpensa Airport, we recommend you take a taxi/bus to Milano Centrale Train Station and catch a train to Firenze Santa Maria Novella (Firenze SMN) Station. From there, you can take another taxi/rental car to get to the venue.
House Or Rental
This residence can accommodate up to 52 people with 8 independent apartments and 2 villas different sizes that can host up to 3, 4 or 6 people. This is the closest option just one mile away from our venue, however because it is an apartment style place there is no restaurant on site for guests to eat at during their stay. Nearby accommodations are limited and we want to make sure we have enough room for all of our guests to stay within close proximity to the venue. Therefore, due to limited availability of smaller apartments if you are only a group of two, we will work with you to find a comfortable arrangement involving grouping guests that will allow us to maximize the space we have. There is a two night MINIMUM for this stay and these rooms are at a discounted rate for our guests. Online booking will not be available due to the block. Instead please call or text either of us if you would like to make your reservations here so we can provide the final reservation list to the owners. Hotel
This hotel is a scenic 20 minute drive from the venue and includes amenities such as a pool, gym and a buffet breakfast optioned upon request. This accommodation offers both apartment-style as well as hotel rooms which can hold anywhere from 2 to 6 guests depending on the layout. Similar to the other accommodation, these rooms are also at a discounted rate with a two night minimum. Shuttle

A shuttle bus will be running at set times from the reception to i Massini and Podere Benintendi only. If you are planning on staying at a different accommodation, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue.
Travel Note
While we have provided some options of accommodations for our guests, please do not feel obligated to stay at them if you want to make your own reservations that are more convenient for your party. We know that many of you will be making vacations out of this trip and encourage you to feel free to stay wherever you'd like! We only ask that you do let either of us know if you plan on making your own accommodations so we can better keep track of who will be using the arrangements provided and plan accordingly. The transportation bus will only be servicing the listed accommodations. Those who make their own reservations will be responsible for finding transportation to the venue.
