Are Kids Allowed?

Yes, we love your kiddos and included them in your RSVP count. If we are missing anyone, please let us know.

How Do I RSVP?
Answer
Right here on our website we have an RSVP tab where you will search for your name and it will automatically show you how many people you can RSVP for.
Question
Is The Ceremony/Reception Indoor or Outdoor?
Answer
We plan to have the ceremony outside and move inside for the reception. In case of inclement weather, we will also do the ceremony inside.

Places To Stay?
Answer
We have set up a specialized booking link for the Holiday Inn South in Rapid City, this can be found on the Travel tab. Cabins and RV sites at the venue can be booked online at pinehavenblackhills.com or by calling 605-515-1276. This info can also be found on the Travel tab.

Is There A Dress Code?
Answer
We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. We suggest the following attire: Women: Dresses, pantsuits or dressy separates. Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional. We kindly ask that you avoid jeans.

What Is The Weather Like In The Area?

May in South Dakota could mean just about anything, but usually it's around 60-80 degrees.

Am I Allowed A Plus One?
Answer
When you go to the RSVP tab and type in your name, everyone in your party will pop up, if you feel like we missed someone, please let us know.

What Food Will Be Served?

We will have Chicken and Brisket as well as mashed potatoes, street corn, salad and a roll.

What Type Of Bar Will There Be?

The venue has a full bar.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP by April 18th, 2025 so we can get our final numbers sent to our vendors.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm please try to be there by 4:15pm.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes there is plenty of parking for all of our guests. When entering the driveway of the venue, take a left to go towards the barn, past the barn there is a large parking lot.

Will there be a shuttle?
Answer
We will not have a shuttle running because the venue is out of town.
