We have a hotel block at the Hyatt Regency in Westlake Village. Please use hotel link on the “Travel” tab to receive the hotel block discount. Cutoff date to book is August 12th. If you are looking for an Airbnb we are suggesting to stay close to Westlake Village as the welcome drinks, wedding day shuttle and after party will be in Westlake. If you need any recommendations please contact the bride and/or groom.
Ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM / 4:00 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in. There will be homemade lemonade squeezed from lemons grown on the property while you wait for the ceremony to start. :) Depending on where you are staying, please take LA traffic into account. Give yourself plenty of time.
Shuttle will be picking up guests at the Hyatt Regency at 3:00 PM. You can also Uber/Lyft or drive. The venue has valet, please drive responsibly if planning to drink.
Yes, semi formal!! Ladies wear full-length or mid-length dress. Men we ask you wear a suit, tie optional not required! Venue is outside! From ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, all activities are outside. Guests will have to walk on grass, ladies please wear appropriate shoes.
Both ceremony and reception take place at Quail Ranch. Once you arrive to the property you will not have to leave until the reception ends.
We love your little ones but this is an adult-only event. Enjoy the night off and come ready to party!
We’d love to include everyone, but due to the limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!
Please RSVP by July 12th 2025 via our website. Link is on the home or RSVP tab. Don’t forget to pick your dinner option! If we do not receive your RSVP by July 12th it will automatically be marked as a “no.” We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count. Los Angeles - LAX This is the main airport in LA and is about an hour drive from the venue.
You can if you want to explore Los Angeles while you're in town but it is not required. Ubers and Lyfts are available.
