YOhann and StelLa met in Montréal when Yohann went to visit Stella's sister-in-law Ornella at home. They exchanged contacts from that day forward and the rest is history.

One of their favorite date night activities was attending candlelight concerts—an experience filled with soft melodies and a sense of intimacy that always made their time together feel special.. Fast forward to when Yohann was ready to propose to his lover. He knew exactly where he wanted to propose: a candlelight room but completely private, just the two of them. That day, Stella had no idea what was about to unfold. She thought she was simply walking into a studio for a photoshoot with her man, now fiancé, as they had planned. When she stepped into the room, she was stunned to find the space illuminated by hundreds of candles, a violinist in the corner, and photographers ready to capture the magic. It hit her all at once—this wasn’t just a photoshoot; this was her engagement! Yohann had planned every detail in secret, even coordinating with the photographer to make sure everything was just perfect. To make the moment even more meaningful, the candlelight room was in a church—Yohann had intentionally chosen this setting to propose before not just Stella, but before God, a symbol of the sacred nature of their love and commitment. As Yohann got down on one knee, with the soft music and candlelight surrounding them, he asked Stella to be his forever.
