When is RSVP deadline?

Please plan to RSVP by August 18th, 2026. RSVP page will open on June 20th, as invites are being mailed.

What times does ceremony start?

Answer

Ceremony starts promptly at 5pm. Please plan to arrive at 4:30-4:45 for pre-service drinks and allow time to be seated.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. Dresses or dressy below the knee skirts, pantsuit, etc. Dress shirts, slacks, dark wash/ clean jeans. It is Texas so jeans and boots are of course allowed.

Wedding colors?

Answer

Wedding colors are dusty/ blush pinks, sage green and ivory/ white. Guests are not expected to coordinate with this palette.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes kids are allowed. If when you RSVP you do not see your child's name, please reach out to the bride/ groom, or immediate family so we can RSVP and have kid's meal ready. Please note that we will not have designated kids' activities or childcare areas so please plan accordingly for their comfort during the celebration.

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes! Please navigate to the "Travel" page of the website. While we list many hotel options, there is a room block at the Holiday Inn & Express. Room block is set to close August 18th.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

No, we will not be providing transportation between the hotel and venue. Fortunately as the venue and hotel are located within 10 minutes of each other, and in the Houston area, Uber/ Lyft and other ride share services will be easy to grab!

Where are the events located?

Answer

Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at Hidden Pines Lake Houston. Ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be held indoors with outdoor patio.

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

While we do not consider this an "unplugged" ceremony, there is a professional photographer onsite that will capture the ceremony beautifully so that you may fully enjoy, without having to capture yourselves.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered on Amazon and Bering's Hardware. Please find link to both registries on the "Registry" tab. Yes, physical gifts and cards are allowed at the venue, there will be a designated gift table upon arrival at the venue, so you do not have to carry your gift/ card through the ceremony.
