We met the way many modern love stories begin—online, with low expectations and a little hope. The very first thing we ever said to each other? “Where is our first adventure?” Looking back, it feels like the most fitting way we could’ve started. From the beginning, something just felt different. We were two people who had been through a lot but somehow, we found comfort, laughter, and something real in each other. Our first date was dinner, followed by a “hey, let’s go back to my place and we can go on a motorcycle ride.” Yes, we know—it sounds like the beginning of a true crime documentary. (One of us definitely got a flood of texts from concerned friends.) But instead of a cautionary tale, it turned out to be the start of the best chapter of our lives. Since then, we’ve shared adventure after adventure—snowboarding, traveling, and learning each others’ passions. Logan learned to ride horses (and is secretly really good), and Nicole picked up golf (and is…working on it). We push each other, grow together, and laugh a lot. We’ve become best friends, adventure partners, and home for one another. The proposal was straight out of a dream. During a photoshoot with Ares and our dog Maverick, Logan got down on one knee. There were happy tears, tail wags, horse judgment, and a big “yes” to forever. Now, we’re getting ready for our next big adventure—marriage! We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you, surrounded by love, laughter, and maybe just a few more questionable decisions (but no more motorcycle rides on first dates—we promise).
