Although Lisa and Tim did not officially meet until her birthday in February 2023, their love story begins years prior in 2018. Fresh out of college, Lisa moved to NYC to start her first job and she was assigned the desk next to, unknowningly, her future brother-in-law Rich. After one too many work happy hours a friendship began and soon she was introduced to Tim's sister Meghan. Lisa and Meghan immediately hit it off, in part due to Meghan's should-be-viral hard seltzer review Instragram page. While Lisa was in Manhattan enjoying these new friendships, Tim was in Philadelphia enjoying his career and the Eagles (it's still unclear which was a higher priority). Things began to fall into place when Tim was offered a job he had always dreamed of, working for Major League Baseball. This career change led to him moving to Jersey City only a mile or so away from Hoboken where Lisa was living. On a night out celebrating Lisa's 28th birthday, her friend Macaul suggested renting a room for karaoke. This was a fairly regular suggestion from Macaul, but something about that night felt different and we all enthustically agreed to the plan. It was in that dark, small, West Village karaoke room that Meghan asked, "Hey, is it okay if my brother comes by?" As they say, the rest is history.
