All RSVP responses are due by April 17th, 2026. Our deadline for RSVP is determined by our caterer, not us! Please complete an RSVP even if you are unable to attend so that we can provide an accurate guest count to our vendors. Note: If you do not complete an RSVP at all, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Answer

While we would love to accommodate all your kiddos, our guest list puts us at just shy of our venues max capacity. Because of this, we are only able to accommodate children of our families (unless otherwise specified on your invitation.)

All invitations are addressed directly to invited guests. Therefore, if your invitation is addressed only to you, we did not make accommodations for you to bring a date.

Answer

Because we are offering both a red meat and a chicken entree, we are asking that you select your preferred entree when completing your RSVP so that we are able to get accurate numbers for each entree to our caterer. Sides will all be the same no matter which entree you choose.

Please indicate any food allergies in the designated area when completing your RSVP on Zola. While we cannot promise to honor all requests, we will work with our caterer and do our best to make accommodations. Please note that if your RSVP is not completed on time, we cannot accommodate your request.

Where is Roca, Nebraska?Where is Roca, Nebraska?

Roca is a small town just 23 minutes south of downtown Lincoln. There is no lodging available in Roca itself, but our hotel block is located at Fairfield Inn South on Andermatt Drive which is just 16 minutes from our venue at Roca Berry Farm. Please see the "Accommodations" tab for more information on how to reserve a room using our discount code. Tip: If you prefer alternative lodging, it would be most convenient for you to find lodging south of O street.

Answer

Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, our hotel has informed us that they are unable to guarantee early check-in for any guests. There is some time between the ceremony and the reception (cocktail hour), where you are free to leave the venue to check-in at the hotel. Otherwise, you will likely have to check-in when you arrive at the hotel following the wedding reception. Tip: Our hotel recommends reserving your room for both Friday, May 22nd, and Saturday, May 23rd, so that you may check-in at anytime.

Answer

We will have a hotel shuttle available to our guests beginning at 9:00 PM. If you miss the shuttle, or are staying somewhere else, ride-shares like Uber and Lyft do offer rides to and from our venue. Our venue allows overnight parking at no additional cost, but you must recover your vehicle by 11:00 AM the following day.

While there is no strict dress code, we kindly request that our guests wear semi-formal attire. Be sure to wear your comfiest dancing shoes!

Our ceremony will be outdoors at the same location as the reception (weather pending.) Please plan accordingly.

If you are planning to attend the ceremony, we kindly request that you arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to the event. We will not start seating guests until 2:30 PM. If you are joining us for dinner, you may arrive anytime before 5:00 PM. If you are only planning to attend the reception/dance, please arrive after 7:00 PM.

Because our invited guest count puts us at just shy of max capacity for our venue, we will have assigned seating to ensure that families are able to remain seated together. This is another reason that it is very important that you complete an RSVP, even if you are not planning to attend. Note: If we do not receive an RSVP from you/your party, we will assume that you/your party are unable to attend and you will not be assigned a seat.

Both the ceremony and reception take place at the same venue, and we have ample parking available including handicap parking. All parking is free for our guests.

Our registry is linked under the "Registry" tab. We are currently only registered on Zola. Cash funds are set up on Zola as well. You may also utilize our Venmo links that are at the very bottom of the registry page.
