Best Man
Sal is David's older brother. As the oldest, Sal had the pleasure of watching David go through many different phases in his life. One phase David has not quite outgrown is his ability to be the family prankster. On a daily basis, David could be found playing some type of joke on just about anyone. Having this reputation, it was always easy to blame David for just about everything that happened. When work had to be done, David somehow "disappeared"; however, in any time of need, David is always there to help. In more recent years, Sal has watched David grow into an amazing and loving uncle who has shown an appreciation and love of having little SJ over for sleepovers.
Maid of Honor
Jackie and Sammi have known each other for 24 years. They have been like sisters since the day they met. Jackie and Jen were the sisters that Sammi never had. If they weren't at Sammi's house, they could be found at the Gardner's choreographing dances or getting their hair braided by Enez. They have gone on numerous family vacations, where they experienced a lot of adventures, some good and some bad. Let's put it this way...there was always a story to tell. We'll let Jackie save some of those stories for the wedding toast. Nonetheless, there is no one else that anyone would expect to be standing by Sammi (and staring down Dave) on their big day!
Best Man
Michael is David's younger brother. Mike and Dave have always been close growing up, where they always find a way to make everything a competition. For example, Mike is especially proud about being the faster blueberry box fabricator on the farm. Despite the competitive nature, Mike and Dave are lucky to have each other in their lives and are always there to help one another in their next stage of life.
Bridesmaid
Michelle is David's older sister. Growing up only two years apart, they had their fair share of arguments. But at the end of the day, they always looked out for each other. Three years ago, David introduced the family to Sam and realized he had truly found his better half. From the very beginning, Sam became part of the family. It was like having another sister to hang out with. Over the years, Sam and Michelle developed a true friendship. They can be found engrossed in girl talk and laughter while enjoying a bottle of wine, or experiencing culture by going to plays.

Lisa is David's younger sister. Growing up, David was the Navy Seal of protective older brothers and made sure he kept a close eye on Lisa at all times. There was never a dull moment and he was often at the center of many of the family memories. Once Dave and Sam started dating, Lisa instantly knew that Sam was the one. Lisa is so happy to have gained another sister and wishes the two a life filled with happiness!

Ken met David three years ago when his sister, Michelle, introduced Ken to the Family. Ken and David quickly developed a bromance when they realized they shared a love for sports. During the Fall and Winter months, the bromance becomes tense as they battle over which is the better football team, the Eagles or Giants. As for Sam and Ken, they are in weekly competitions over who gets the fancy China dinnerware at Sunday dinner at the Jacobs (Ken usually wins...the China always comes out for Ken!) Ken is happy David asked him to be apart of their wedding day, despite David's poor choice in football teams!

Dave and Herbie have been friends for over 20 years, from sleepovers with chocolate chip pancakes from Mrs. Jacobs every morning to crabbing trips, and onto to visits to Boston during their college years. Their friendship has been timeless. When it came time for Herbie to tie the knot, he called upon Dave to be his Best Man. We all know Herbie was especially excited to get his best friend back when Dave and Sam moved back into town! Herbie hopes to continue the sleepover traditions followed by chocolate chip pancakes.

It all started back in 1998 when Dave and Chris were in Mrs. Walker's 3rd grade class. Since then, they have been through a lot together; Growing up playing football (for Hammonton and pickup games in Dave's front yard during every snow storm as kids), attending the same CCD class every Sunday no matter how hard they tried to convince their parents to skip, playing "Madden tournaments" which to the surprise of their parents ended with someone going to the ER, having 8-hour sessions at Wicked Wolf in Hoboken, and attending Firefly Music Festivals. Chris first remembers meeting Sam when Dave brought her to a night out in AC. Chris then learned that Sam was able to tolerate a night out with all of the boys and still want to talk to Dave the next day, then she was fit to be the one for Dave.

Tori and Sammi have known each other for pretty much their whole lives. They attended pre-school together, and then Sammi rejoined Tori in the 8th grade. Throughout high school at Atlantic City, the two were inseparable getting into all kinds of adventures together (not always the best adventures...) Tori was the one who was seriously grounded, and somehow Sammi was sort of "grounded". Although they attended different colleges, their infinite adventures continued on their journey to become Math Teachers together. Tori is most excited that Sammi and Dave moved to one of Tori's favorite places, the Blueberry capital of the world. Sammi has never seen any single person besides Tori purchase so many blueberry flats in one summer. Just an FYI, Tori makes the BEST blueberry pies!!
Groomsman
Kevin has known Dave since growing up playing football together at Hammonton High School. They have always been good friends, but became much closer around the summer of 2012. Since then, they have spent many nights partying down the shore (Pleasure Island, anyone?), testing the limits of No-Rules Beach in Long Branch, enjoying a nice plate of scampi from Porta, and braving the wilderness and face paint of the 2014 and 2015 Firefly Festivals. Kevin first remembers meeting Sam when she joined the boys for a night out in Atlantic City. Kevin was thrilled to hear that Sam was also a Rutgers Grad (Go Knights!), and even happier she was not part of the Whitness Protection Program!

Dave and Paul have known each other since high school. The first memorable interaction between the two was when they were playing Madden 2005 at Paul's house one night. Dave beat Paul, and the two had a bit of a confrontation. Despite the interaction, the two grew from the incident, and their competitive spirits translated into a growing friendship. To this day, Dave and Paul motivate each other at the local gym, as they both have a common goal to stay in shape and look their best in the summer. Thanks to Paul, Dave earned his master's in "TGU", and he will continue to aim towards a doctorate in the same field. Paul is considered an under-the- radar dancer at weddings. Be sure to see him on the floor at Dave and Sam's special evening.

Sammi and Christina met at Admitted Students Day at Rutgers when Sammi liked Christina's Burberry rain boots and made her mom, Bonnie, introduce them to Christina and her mom. They instantly became friends and fortunately ended up in the same building freshman year! The two of them lived together for the rest of their college career along with 5 other girls. Sammi was especially grateful because she got to wear Christina's rain boots, along with all of her other clothes anytime!

Sammi and Katie met their freshman year at Rutgers when they both lived in the same dorm. For anybody that knows the old- school Frelinghuysen dorms on College Ave., it should come as no surprise that Sammi and Katie were eager to leave the dorm life after one year. After gathering six girls (and eventually seven!) , their old house on Lafayette Street became the beginning of lifelong friendships. Sammi and Katie connected on many levels and went through all of the ups and downs of their college years together, leaning on each other for support along the way...figuratively, but also literally when alcohol was involved. From the wild nights at Olde Queens to lazy days in Margate and everywhere in between, their up-for-anything attitudes led to countless adventures and stories to tell.
Ring Bearer
Sal IV is Dave and Sam's first nephew! He was supposed to be born the day the couple got engaged, but knew to stay put so he didn't ruin the surprise. Baby Sal's favorite memory is his sleepover at Uncle Dave and Aunt Sam's house. He was sure to give the two the run for the money by not sleeping or sitting still for over 24 hours. He is very excited to walk, or run, down the aisle while carrying their rings as Uncle Dave and Aunt Sam begin their life together!
Bridesmaid
Erin and Sammi first met during their freshman year of college in Christina and Katie's dorm room. It really all started when Erin decided to move into the house with five other girls she hardly knew. Looking back, it was the best decision each of them made in college. The next three years were full of countless memories, laughter, tears, studying, and consuming far too much bottom shelf liquor. During this time, Erin learned that Sammi was not only a phenomenal singer, but also loved to perform ("If I Die Young" by the Band Perry was her personal favorite). Erin became an honorary member of the Steiner family when she would visit most of the summer, even if Sammi had to work. The friendship that they both formed in college was one that would definitely last a lifetime!
