3:15pm Bus pickup from Quality Inn*
3:20 Bus pickup from Best Western*
Shuttle Drop Off:
9:00pm first departure for all hotels**
11:00pm last departure for all hotels**
*Please note: The Quality Inn and Best Western share a parking lot. Bus will park in front of Quality Inn first and then make its way to the Best Western for a second pickup. Best Western guests do not need to walk to the Quality Inn for pickup, the bus will come to you!
**Please note: Cars may be left in venue parking lot Saturday night after the event. We want to ensure that everyone returns to their hotel safely! Please pickup cars before Sunday at noon!
