What if I can't make it to the ceremony?

Answer

We understand that a Friday morning ceremony may be difficult for some guests. You are welcome to attend the ceremony, the reception, or both—whatever works best for you! If you’re only able to join us for one, we would love to celebrate with you at the reception. Once invitations are sent, you’ll be able to indicate your attendance for each portion of the day online.

While we love your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only unless your invitation indicates otherwise.

If your invitation says “and guest,” feel free to bring one—otherwise, we can’t wait to celebrate with just you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

The event will be dairy-free. Please share any additional dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate.

Should I stay at a Hotel?

Answer

Yes—we highly encourage staying at a hotel in Rockford the night of the reception! The ceremony and reception are a bit of a distance from each other, and even farther from home, so staying nearby will help keep things stress-free and let you fully enjoy the celebration. Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be available to bring guests to and from our hotel block listed on the Travel page.
