Where Should I Stay?

Answer

There is an Americinn hotel in Waupun that would be the closest in location to the venue. Otherwise, there is a Hampton Inn in Fond Du Lac that is only about 15 minutes away. We do not have any blocks setup for any hotels, book as soon as you can!

What Is the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi Formal. Dress nicely, but keep in mind that the event is outdoors and will conclude in the evening with a bonfire. There will be blankets available but bring a sweatshirt or sweater if you think you need it later in the evening.

Will There Be a Shuttle?

Answer

We do not have any formal transportation scheduled for the wedding. Plan your own transportation. Uber is somewhat available but sometimes unreliable due to it being a smaller town. Plan accordingly if you plan to drink.

Where Should I Park and Where Is the Event?

Answer

The address for the event is listed on the invitation or can be sent via text or messenger from Molli or Jack if you need it. It is a farmhouse on a large plot of land with a long driveway. There will be designated areas to park in the grass. The actual event will take place in the backyard, which is accessible by walking around the right side of the house.

What Options Will There Be for Accessibility?

There is a small hill that you have to walk around to get to the backyard, however we will have a golf cart available for people to ride in if they have any mobility issues. There will be Portable Bathrooms outside by the event, but the indoor bathroom will be available as well to anyone who needs it.

Where Are Some Places I Can Go in the Area?

Here are some of our favorite restaurants, cafes, businesses, etc. in the area that you can check out if you have some spare time the day before or before our wedding! -Guth's Candy in Waupun: A specialty candy shop that also has a full cafe with delicious drinks -Wind and Unwind in Waupun: Coffee shop with casual food options, Collectivo Coffee, and fun specialty drinks -Sweet and Salty Pig in Fond Du Lac: Molli and Jack's FAVORITE brunch restaurant. They are the ones catering the wedding, so perhaps don't have their mac and cheese or brisket if you go on your own. -FreshFit Cafe in Fond Du Lac: Casual breakfast and lunch spot with healthy and whole food options. -Kelley Country Creamery in Fond Du Lac: The best Ice Cream you will ever have in your life.
