What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan on arriving to Saint Agnes at 1:30pm to give yourself time to park and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 2:00pm.

Is there parking for both the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at both Saint Agnes Church and The Olmsted.

Is there transportation to the reception?

Answer

Limited space will be available on the Louisville Trolley to take guests to the reception venue. There is no overnight parking at the reception location, so we encourage guests to use the provided transportation or arrange for an Uber/Lyft. For transportation to the reception, please meet at 80/20 Kaelin's Restaurant at 4:30 pm.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We have chosen to make our special day an adult-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully enjoy the evening. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day!

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal/black tie optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and that women wear a formal, mid or floor length dress/gown. Please note the ceremony and reception will be fully indoors. Average temperatures in Louisville during November can range anywhere from 35°F - 60°F.
