FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please feel free to reach out to Nathan or Steffani.
Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only allotted 150 guests, therefore only the individuals named on the invitation you received are accounted for and will be allowed in.

Question

Can guests bring alcohol?

Answer

The venue itself is not BYOB, however, guests are welcomed to give alcohol to the bride and groom the day/night prior, which will be turned over to the bartender and served during cocktail hour and reception. Please note that shots are not permitted nor are glass beer bottles.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

As mentioned on the Event Timeline page, we ask that all guests start arriving no earlier than 2:00 pm but no later than 2:45 pm. No guests will be allowed in the ceremony after 2:45 pm.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids listed on invitations are welcome and activities will be provided during cocktail hour!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces for our guests. We do encourage our guests to carpool, if possible, as the venue is 30-45 minutes from the closest hotel. There will be three golf carts available to drive guests from the parking lot to the venue doors.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by May 1st so we can provide an accurate headcount to our caterer. If we do not receive a response by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend and your spot may be given to another guest. Responses received after this date cannot be guaranteed a seat.
