What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2 PM. We kindly ask all guests to please arrive by 1:45 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception venue?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing transportation from both the Newtown and Doylestown hotels directly to River House at Odette's.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church for the ceremony. At River House at Odette's there is complimentary off-sight parking. The River House Shuttle Lot is located at 385 W Bridge Street, New Hope, PA 18938. River House at Odette's will provide shuttles between the parking lot and reception venue. The shuttle will start pickup 2 hours prior to the reception start time and will run a return shuttle until 2 hours after the reception end time. There is no direct hotel parking available.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please join us in formal attire—tuxes, gowns, suits, or cocktail dresses are all perfect. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Can I bring a guest or my children?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those formally listed on your invitation. If you have a plus one or your family is invited, it will be noted on your invitation and reflected when you RSVP.
