We're getting married!

We will be having a private ceremony with just our parents at the Stokes property the day before our reception. We hope to show a video and photos of the short ceremony during the party. It would mean the world to us if you can join us in celebrating at our reception on April 29th, 2023 in Roswell, Georgia.

We met in Atlanta at one of my best friend's birthday parties at TopGolf. Us girls had already started playing and Stefano came in with one of his best friends, who happened to know mine! We ended up shooting pool later that night and we talked and laughed...a LOT!! He asked for my number, gave me a little kiss, and we've been together ever since. Laughter continues to be an integral part of our relationship.

I was driving home from a long day at work and Stefano asked if I wanted to go for a night drive (this is something we do regularly in the mountains to spot wildlife at night). I agreed but said we needed to go right after I got home, or I would probably fall asleep. LOL. He drove me into Great Smoky Mountains National Park on one of our usual off the beaten path drives, winding up the mountain road to an overlook we always stop at. Timing was perfect, the sun was setting. I was taking a quick photo, when I noticed he was bending over. I asked what he was doing, and he said, "tying my shoe". I didn't think much of it, but then felt his hand on mine and I turned to him kneeling on the ground with a ring in his fingers. He asked, I said yes and now we are getting married!
