We need your “heck yes!” by July 31st (early August at the latest). We need a headcount before the caterer panics — and so we can save you a seat and a slice of cake.
Harrisburg is the closer smaller airport, but does have frequent flights. Philadelphia is a major airport, and extremely easy to navigate. The Philadelphia airport is a little over an hour from where we live, but the drive out here has incredible views. You won't be disappointed!
Somewhere between a standstill on the Turnpike and a detour past horse-and-buggies. But hey—if you get stuck, it’s the perfect excuse to grab a Wawa hoagie or plot your next cheesesteak stop.
It’s Mother Nature’s version of a coin toss—could be cozy sweater weather, could be summer’s last hurrah, or maybe both in the same day. Bring a hoodie, sunglasses, and maybe an umbrella… you’ll probably need all three in one day.
Think “Sunday best” for the Catholic ceremony—Grandma will thank you —then swap the sequins for something comfy and rustic-chic at the reception. No dance floor means no need for party shoes, but stretchy waistbands for extra dessert? Highly recommended.
As much as we adore your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. Consider it a little date night with great food, sweet drinks, and a lot more love in the air. We hope this advanced notice means you are still able to share in our big day!
If you don’t want to star in the world’s longest church aisle walk of shame, aim to be seated 15–20 minutes early. Think of it as bonus time to admire the stained glass and mentally rehearse your ‘awww’ face.
We’re going unplugged! That means phones and cameras away so you can be fully present (and not photobomb the pro we hired). Don’t worry—you’ll get plenty of gorgeous pics to share later, minus the phones in the aisle.
Yes, snap away! Once the “I do’s” are done, feel free to capture the hugs, laughs, and dinner reception candids. Just remember—leave the dramatic angles to the pro we hired, those photos will be available to anyone after the wedding!
We fully expect tears. We’ll provide tissues — just try not to ugly-cry louder than the officiant.
After the “I do’s,” we’ll take a short breather before dinner begins. Use the time to freshen up, grab a drink, or say hi to fellow guests — then meet us for food, drinks, and a good time!
We’re keeping things simple with a cash bar. Think cozy and relaxed—good drinks, good company, and plenty of love to go around. Whether you’re toasting with wine, sipping a cold beer, or treating yourself to a cocktail, the bar’s got you covered (just bring your wallet along for the ride). Cheers to celebrating together!
