Flight
O'Hare & Midway International Airports
There are two main airports in Chicago. Either airport is suitable to fly into - your choice will likely depend on where you're flying from. O'hare - Located about 17 miles northwest of downtown Chicago, O'Hare is the bigger of the two airports. Transport in and out of the city is typically 40min - 1hr by car/rideshare depending on the traffic. The CTA Blue line will also take you directly to and from the city in about 1hr. *If you are flying from outside the country, O'hare will likely be your only option Midway - About 10 miles southwest of downtown, Midway is a hub for Southwest Airlines and offers access to the city via the CTA Orange Line in about 40min. If you are planning to drive into the city, we recommend using SpotHero to reserve a parking spot in a nearby parking garage. The rates on this site/app will be much better than the standard rates at the gates.
