What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4:30. Please arrive to the venue no later than 4:00pm please.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will try to take your food allergy in mind as best as we can. Our menu is served buffet style with Vegetarian options.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are trying to set up a welcome event for anyone arriving early. Details to come once we have confirmed the location and time. There may also be an event after.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking if you decide to drive instead of taking the shuttle. The shuttle will be taking guest to and from the Ilani Hotel.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible. We understand if you are not able to attend. In case of any issues feel free to contact Stefanie or Sereeta. May 9th we will be doing final guest counts.

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcomed if they there were added to your Invite. If we missed counted and did not add. Please let us know as soon as possible. If you are not bringing your kids and our using the wedding as a vacay. Just contact us so we can remove them from the invite. Kids still get counted as one person. So we are just trying to get an accurate count. Thank you 🤗

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semiformal/ Garden attire: Suits and gowns are welcome. So are cocktail dresses, sundresses, floral prints. We would love to see bright colors, but neutral colors are fine as well.
