Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation to and from Appleford and the hotel. The bus will leave at 1:50pm from The Alloy Hotel to Appleford Estate. It is a 15 minute drive between the hotel and venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes, there is a parking lot available at Appleford.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire/Semi Formal - Colorful dresses are encouraged!

Is there a rain plan?

Answer

The ceremony (grass area) and cocktail hour are planned to take place in the garden. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved under a tent, and the cocktail hour will take place inside the estate home.

Will there be an after-party?

We invite you to join us for an after-party at the hotel following the reception. We'd love to continue the celebration with you!
