How do I get to Orvieto?

Answer

If you're flying directly into Italy, we would highly suggest flying into Rome - as it's only about an hour and 40 minutes away from Orvieto. From Rome airport, Bono Events International can arrange a private transfer for you to Orvieto or you can take the train. It's also encouraged to rent a car and drive up, as it's a gorgeous drive, totally up to you! If you are coming from any other part of Italy, the answer is still the same. Trains are very easy in Italy and super efficent!

How soon should I book my flights?

Answer

We would suggest booking 8-12 months in advance. Bono Events International can take care of all air booking if you'd like.

How soon should I book my hotel?

Answer

We have reserved a spot for you at Palazzo Piccolomini in the heart of Orvieto, but we kindly ask you let us know which room you'd like to book at least by October 2021. You can do this by contacting our planner Nicole at contact@bonoeventsinternational.com
