We met at a small gathering at Stefanie's apartment in February 2016. We were introduced by a mutual friend. In March, we had a movie musical marathon and spent over eight hours being too shy to sing the show tunes with each other. After our musical date, we set a standing movie night every week and texted constantly. We bonded over all things geek (aka fun); superheroes, Doctor Who, and much more. In May, we decided to make it official and declare ourselves taken. Since then, we've been on numerous adventures together. That summer, we took a trip to Houston, Texas and Miami, Florida. In fall 2016, we adopted a German Shepherd together, named Tova. That winter, we took a road trip to Iowa, and the next year we ended up in Texas and Florida again. In our second trip to South Florida, we were fortunate enough to have a beach in our backyard. This is where Francesca popped the question and Stefanie said, "Yes." Since then our adventures have not stopped. Stefanie graduated with her Master's Degree in June 2018 and both of us enjoyed a fabulous weekend at Denver Comic Con and our third Denver Pride. We are looking forward to all the rest of life's adventures together. Dear Mr. Barrowman, It was an honor meeting you and we sincerely apologize that we did not have an opportunity to speak with you before we handed you our invitation. Thank you for being proud of who you are and reminding us every day to live for ourselves and not to care what other people think or say. We would be honored by your presence at our wedding (you do not even need to RSVP). We absolutely adore you and everything you stand for. Thank you for coming to Denver.
