The ceremony kicks off at 5:00 PM sharp. Since it’s a Friday and Nashville traffic can get a bit crazy after work, we recommend giving yourself 10-15 minutes of extra travel time so you can arrive relaxed and ready to celebrate.
Our dress code is summer semi-formal. For the ladies, think cocktail dresses or polished, dressy styles in light fabrics and bright or fun colors. For the gentlemen, a suit and tie is the standard, with lightweight fabrics encouraged to keep things comfortable. Overall, we want everyone looking sharp, feeling great, and embracing the vibrant, joyful spirit of a summer celebration!
We won’t have transportation arranged, but Nashville has plenty of great rideshare options like Uber and Lyft. We definitely recommend using those to get to and from the venue easily and safely.
Yes! There’s 200 free parking available on-site. Please note, the parking lot is not monitored, so park at your own risk. To stay safe, please avoid leaving any valuables visible in your car.
We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask everyone to put their phones and cameras away and just enjoy the moment. This way, everyone can be fully present, and our photographer can capture the day without distractions.
We would love to give everyone a plus-one, but unfortunately, due to space and planning constraints, we can only accommodate the guests named on your invitation. Please check your invite—it will let you know if you have a plus-one. We can’t wait to celebrate with you (and your guest, if included)!
We love your little ones, but in order to allow all our guests—parents included—a night of relaxation and celebration, our wedding will be an adults-only event (unless otherwise specified on your invitation). We hope this gives you an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the evening with us!
