This is a formal event, and we kindly ask our guests to dress accordingly. Think elegant dresses, suits, and all your best wedding-day attire. We can’t wait to see everyone looking their absolute best as we celebrate together!
We will only be using the Chapel venue for the ceremony. Our day will begin with the ceremony here, followed by one big wedding group photo, as well as family and wedding party photos. After the group photo, all other guests are welcome to make their way to Café La Vita for the reception and pre-drinks. Please be mindful that the centre is also hosting a religious leader retreat, so we ask that you respect other people on the premises during your visit.
Pre-Drinks (Cocktail Hour)

While the bride and groom are away for photos, guests will be greeted with a self-serve beer, cider, or cooldrink, along with a charcuterie cup to keep you refreshed and not hangry. Please note that only a limited amount of pre-drinks will be available on the house, but if you’re still thirsty, the cash bar inside the venue is ready to serve you. To keep you entertained, there are plenty of activities to enjoy during this time: feeling chatty? Catch up with old friends. Feeling competitive? Play a round of putt-putt. Feeling creative? Make your own bracelet at the bracelet station. Feeling playful? Try your hand at Jenga or cards on the terrace. Feeling adventurous? Take a walk around the premises and see if you can spot the farm pig (Bacon), the horses in the stables, or even a few Springboks. It’s all about enjoying yourself while we capture our memories - so relax, explore, and have fun!
Reception

After capturing all our magical moments in Bainskloof Pass, the bride and groom will make their grand entrance and kick off the recpetion. The entrane will be followed by welcome speeches and a prayer. Dinner will be served at 20:00, with a choice of either a beef burger with bacon and fries or salad, or a chicken burger with feta and fries or salad. Be sure to keep an eye on the Google Form to lock in your order! After dinner, the cake will be cut and guests are welcome to enjoy dessert. Speeches and toasts will follow, along with the first dance and parent dances. Once all formalities are complete, guests are welcome to kick off their shoes and let loose on the dancefloor for the remainder of the night.
After Party

The venue will close at 02:00. Guests who are still up for it are welcome to join us for a midnight snack and the final moments on the dancefloor until 00:30. Last rounds at the bar will be called at 00:30. From 00:30 to 02:00, we can enjoy relaxed bonfire chats before sending off the newlyweds and officially closing the venue.
