What meal is being served?

Wood Oven Eats will be catering the reception. They serve a delicious array of wood fire pizzas made on site to order. They are providing salad as a side as well. We will also have a dessert bar full of sweet treats.

Alcohol Policy- BYOB

Answer

At the venue only beer, wine and seltzers will be served. No liquor or spirits are permitted on the premises. We will be supplying a few cases of popular beer and seltzers. We will also provide toasting champagne. Wine and other beer / specialty IPAS are BYOB and will be given to the bartender upon arrival. Beer and seltzers may be glass or canned.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress, but no need for a tuxedo or ball gown. A suit / gorgeous dress is perfect for a night celebrating under the stars in the Smoky Mountains.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Due to the limited size of the venue- your invite will advise if there’s an option for a plus one. If it does not, please reach out to Jorden or I and once we know the final headcount we can advise if there are any availability for an added plus one.

We kindly request an adults only ceremony and reception due to limited occupancy of the venue.
