Is there a dress code?

Answer

Summer semi-formal attire. Traditional Indian wedding attire is optional. We will be outside for the ceremony (approximately 20 minutes) on a covered terrace with ceiling fans. While there is usually a cool breeze off the bay, dress comfortably for humidity and dancing!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have shuttles from the Fairfield Inn to and from Anchor Inn. Hotel policy says you must be a guest of Fairfield Inn to ride the shuttle.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot at the ceremony and reception venue, Anchor Inn. Most airport hotels offer free parking as well.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be adults only. There are many children dear to our hearts and we hope to accommodate childcare needs during the wedding at the Fairfield Inn. Please reach out to Stef or Maz for more info.

Is wifi available at the hotel and wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! The hotels have wifi included in the room rate and the venue offers free wifi. For international travelers, you will almost always have enough service to send a text or email.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We will ask for dietary restrictions on the RSVP, but you can also message Stef or Maz at anytime to confirm. The caterers have ensured us you will get the meal that's best for you.

Do I have to participate in the Sangeet dance?

Answer

No, this is totally optional, but the more the merrier!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In an attempt to keep the evening intimate, we have invited only our closest friends and family and their significant others. If you wish to bring a date and do not have a plus one indicated on your invitation, please speak to Maz or Stef.
