How do I get there & where can I sleep?

How do I get to the venue? & there are so many great hotels, where should I stay? Great question! So the venue itself is about an hour & change away from Copenhagen. Depending on where you end up staying there are a few options: You are staying in Copenhagen! There are so many fantastic hotels in the city - but we have attached three that are all in the same neighbourhood & at different price points making it very easy for meet up & carpooling to the venue. You want to stay closer to the venue! There are two options closer to the venue, one of which is the extra rooms in the neighbouring houses on site, we kindly ask that these rooms are first up for grabs for those who have traveled over seas. (This is on another page called On-Site Room & Board) The other option is a beautiful hotel that is a 15 min drive from the venue called Hotel Frederiksminde - once you are here taxis will be low cost & readably available through the hotel.

How do I get to the venue from Copenhagen?

Here in Copenhagen we actually use our public transportation, but when you begin to venture outside of the city center it becomes less reliable. So we wouldnt recommend doing this! Because of this we would recommend two options: Renting a car - the app GoMore is a great option (we used this app when we drove out to see the venue for the first time) Taxi - there are multiple companies that offer transport to & from given we order in advance. So when we get closer to the date, Tiegan & myself will gladly help coordinate with all guests staying in the CPH area to cut costs & offer the smoothest service.
