What is the expected attire?

Formal attire. The afternoon proceedings are outdoors, and it is recommended that you bring along a hat or something similar.

Is our wedding alcohol free?

Answer

Yes, the wedding is alcohol free. There will, however, be a cash bar that serves beverages.

Weather.

Answer

As our wedding is in December, we would advise you to bring along an umbrella, as there may be a possibility of rain. Mid to high temperatures can be expected.

Accommodation.

Answer

The venue is situated 20 to 25 minutes from Heidelberg (22km) and 45 to 50 minutes from Springs (52km). Please find the recommended accommodation in the invitation under the heading 'Travel'.

Upon arrival what to do?

Answer

The parking area at the venue will be on the right-hand side once you enter the venue, after which you will be received and shown to where you should go.

Question

At what time should I be seated?

Answer

The formal proceedings officially start at 15:00. We recommend that you are seated no later than 14:45.
