Question

What time do buses pick guests up at the Meridien/AC Hotel?

Answer

If you are staying at either the Meridien or AC Hotel, buses will arrive at 4:00pm to take you to the Church and then on to the Art Museum after the ceremony. The last bus will be departing the Museum at 11pm to take you back to the hotel.

Question

If I'm driving to the ceremony & reception, where do I park?

Answer

The Church has a parking lot on the North side, with plenty of parking. There is street parking available as well. The Denver Art Museum has a parking garage available in the Cultural Center parking garage that is located on 65 W 12th Ave.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

October 1st is the official last day to RSVP. You can use the RSVP function on this website by clicking on the RSVP tab and typing in your name. If you know that you are unable to attend the wedding, we ask that you please notify us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests celebrate with us in black tie (optional) or cocktail attire. Most importantly, we want you to feel your best!

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We love your little ones so dearly, but we kindly ask that this even be kept as adults only. There will be a select few of children in attendance that are close family. If this applies to your family, it will be clearly listed on your invitation. Please enjoy a date night on us!

Question

What time is the ceremony, reception, and dinner?

Answer

Ceremony: We ask that guests arrive to the ceremony at least 10 minutes prior to the planned start time of 5:00pm MST to find a seat and allow the wedding ceremony to run smoothly. Cocktail Hour and hors d'oeuvres: Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00pm MST at the reception venue. Dinner: Dinner will be served approximately at 7:30pm MST.

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be gathering for pictures before joining guests for a part of the cocktail hour. If you are needed for family photos, you will be told in advance of the wedding day. For those that are not needed for photos, please feel free to head straight to the reception venue to enjoy cocktail hour that begins at 6:00pm MST.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Of course! There will be select options of beer, wine, and spirits available to enjoy throughout the night.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

Tossed salad, and an option of steak, chicken, or a vegetarian dish will be available for your entrée. Please indicate on your RSVP the dinner entrée of your choice.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We can only accommodate guests that have been formally invited and indicated on your invitation.

Question

Is the ceremony or reception outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. However, Colorado weather is unpredictable, so we encourage you to check the weather before the big day so that you're properly prepared. In the event of snow, the wedding will still go on as planned!

Question

If I have additional questions, who should I contact

Answer

The bride, Claudia, can be best reached via text at 214-537-7232 for any additional questions. If it is wedding week and you find yourself with questions, we ask that you respectfully do not contact the bride and groom or parents of the bride and groom as they will be busy getting ready to celebrate with you! Could another family member, coworker, mutual friend answer your question? However, if it's an urgent question, you can please contact the bride.
