We Can't Wait to Celebrate with you!

On our first date, we made the plan to go on a walk and enjoy a picnic by the Cathedral of Learning. The date ended up going sideways the second we entered Schenely Park, as Stefan took a wrong turn and got us lost. Trying to seem as confident as he could given the circumstances, Stefan made the decision to pick a direction and walk till we left the park. This treacherous hike ended when we exited into the middle of the Bob O'Connor Golf Course. We hiked through the rest of the golf course and bought some tacos and nachos in Squirrel Hill. Still determined to have a beautiful picnic, we walked all the way back to the Cathedral of Learning lawn in Oakland. In total, we walked and talked over seven miles! We shared our first meal that night, we went on our first walk together that night, and we also shared our first kiss that night. Since then, Stefan has gotten us lost thousands of times with his notorious shortcuts, we have shared hundreds of meals, we have gone on thousands of walks, and we have shared kisses countless times. Thank you for being here to celebrate our unity to one another through the holy sacrament of marriage so that we may continue to kiss one another, continue to go on walks together, continue to get lost, and continue to love each other as a married couple.
