How do I book a room at The Retreat on Mt Charleston?

Answer

Just call (702) 872-5500 and ask to use the Gresh-Steeple2023 code to get a discount on your room!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits and dark suit and ties. Jeans are strictly prohibited.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive NLT 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. If you do arrive late, please be respectful and wait until the end of the ceremony to join the celebrations.

Will the ceremony/reception be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors just outside of the hotel. The reception will be indoors.

What kind of food and drink will be served?

Answer

Light hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner called up table by table for initial serving. There will be an open bar serving beer and wine. If you wish to drink any other beverages you may purchase them at the bar.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that cellphones and other cameras be turned off and not in use during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer throughout the ceremony and reception. If you would like pictures of the ceremony please reach out afterwards and we will gladly send you digital copies!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that all guests RSVP by June 5, 2023. This will allow us and our vendors to properly prepare for maximum fun.
