CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but due to venue capacity, we had to make some tough decisions about our guest list. The names listed under your RSVP are those we’re able to accommodate. We’ve also chosen to keep the number of children limited to those of close friends and family. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you can enjoy a fun night out! Thank you for making arrangements in advance, and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Taylor or Nate.

HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, simply click on the RSVP tab above and type in your name. All of the guests in your party will be listed, and you can select "Attending" or "Declined" for each guest to confirm their attendance.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT MAKE IT?

Answer

We'll miss you! If you cannot make it, please indicate that on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you've already RSVP'd as "Attending" and later realize you won't be able to make it, please let Nate or Taylor know as soon as possible.

WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

If you miss the RSVP deadline (June 14, 2025), we'll mark you as "Declined". We'll definitely miss having you there, but we have to give an exact guest count to our vendors. We hope you understand!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love for our friends and family to dress up with us! Our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory. Most importantly, wear something you feel great in and don't forget your dancing shoes!

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at Laurel Ridge Barn, located outside of Sioux Falls, SD. The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). Afterward, the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors, but there is an outdoor patio area and grounds for you to enjoy. The venue kindly asks that you and your children do not climb the fences or trees, or pull out their flowers.

DO YOU HAVE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR OUT-OF-TOWN GUESTS?

Answer

Yes! We've arranged for a block of rooms at the Clubhouse Hotel & Suites, and the Quality Inn & Suites Airport North. Check out the details in the Travel section of our website.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, so we recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to grab a seat.

WHERE CAN I PARK UPON ARRIVAL?

Answer

You can park right in the lot! Feel free to leave your car overnight and retrieve it the following morning by noon.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

The ClubHouse hotel offers a shuttle if you choose to stay there, please inquire with them about the hours of operation. Lyft and Uber may also be available.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We're having an "unplugged ceremony," which means we're asking guests to leave their phones and cameras aside for the big moment. The best gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do"! Don't worry though, we've got amazing professionals capturing every moment for us, and we can't wait to share the photos with you as soon as we get them! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos or videos as you'd like.

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?

Answer

Yes, we will have a full bar with bartending staff, as well as plenty of non-alcoholic beverages for everyone to enjoy! Due to the venue's extremely strict policy, ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL is allowed to be brought into the venue OR parking lot. If this rule is broken, we'll have no choice but to shut things down immediately and pay a hefty fine.
