3pm-Check in to Lancaster Inn and Suites
3pm- Shuttle to the venue begins promptly at 3 o'clock and will continue on 20 minute increments with the last shuttle leaving by 4 o'clock
4:15-Ceremony begins 
4:45-Cocktail hour
6:15- Buffett Dinner 
7:15- Dance, Drink, and Enjoy
8:30- Shuttle begins back to hotel
