We’re registered at a few different places! They’re all listed under the “registry” tab!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Please don’t!! We ask that you keep phones put away during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us!! Don’t worry, we have a photographer to capture it for us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Give us your Sunday best! We do ask everyone to stray from the wedding colors and traditional bridal colors!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes!! We’ll have shuttles to take groups to and from the venue! Shuttles will leave from the hotel every 20 minutes from 3:45-4:45 (ish). If you didn't catch the shuttle, please call/text 270-590-5469. Shuttles will also be provided back to the hotel by calling/texting 270-590-5469 OR finding one of the shuttle drivers! We ask guests to take advantage of this service, especially if you plan on taking advantage of the open bar!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 5! We ask you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before so you have time to mingle and get settled beforehand!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn in Lebanon! This hotel is about 6 miles from the venue. To book your room, call (270) 699-4000 and let them know your with the Phipps wedding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue but it is slightly limited, please consider using our arranged shuttle from the hotels OR carpool with others!

We ask that you RSVP by the beginning of September!
