Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Summer garden party attire! Ladies: Bright spring colors, florals, linen, and flowy fabrics are all wonderful options. Gentlemen: Khakis, light-colored dress pants, and classic black attire are all great choices as well. Please refrain from wearing jeans.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re keeping our celebration intimate, so invitations are limited to those specifically named on the invite.

Are kids allowed?

While we adore your little ones, we’re only able to accommodate children specifically listed on the invitation due to venue capacity. Thank you so much for understanding and celebrating with us!

Is there on-site parking?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has a parking lot with 54 spots available. The parking lot is at the bottom of the hill, a shuttle will be running 30 minutes prior to the event, and 30 minutes after the event. If possible, we ask that you carpool to ensure there are enough spots for everyone. Otherwise, our hotel block has complimentary wedding shuttles to our venue.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible. Please note that the shuttle is not wheelchair accessible. Guests using a wheelchair may be dropped off at the top of the hill for easier access to the venue; however, all vehicles must then be parked in the designated parking lot to keep the access area clear for vendors and event staff.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding is fully outdoors. The ceremony will be held in the lawn (don't worry, there is plenty of shade), while the dinner and reception will be held in an outdoor, partially enclosed tent. In the event of rain both the ceremony and reception will be held in the tent.
