Instructions for Garden Party: Every guest coming to the party will require a parking pass to enter the plantation. They will be required to show their drivers license and it must match the name on the pass. Once they arrive through the gate, they will travel approximately 2 miles and take a left on Sedge Fern drive. Summers Lane is the first street on their right. We are on the corner of Sedge Fern and Summers Lane. Parking for the party will be on the Summers Lane cul de sac only. Palmetto Hall Plantation Security has informed us: "PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON ANY PORTION OF THE GRASS, ONLY ON THE ROAD. Failure to comply could result in a ticket or being towed or both." The cul de sac can accommodate 30+ cars. If you have a problem at the gate, call my cell ( Brad Steele) at 770-289-1823
