Where is the wedding?

Answer

The venue is called Hope Island Beach Club. The address is 16846 Chilberg Ave La Conner, WA 98257

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have purchased a shuttle because our venue doesn’t allow over night parking. If you plan on drinking, PLEASE plan on using our shuttle service or having a designated driver. The shuttle will pick 14 people up at a time from La conner channel lodge starting at 2pm, drop off guests at the venue, then come back at the pick up spot to transfer more guests until 5pm. After 5pm the shuttle will be at the venue for anyone not staying the whole time and will be able to bring you back to town.

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

ASAP! There are 2 other weddings happening in La conner the same weekend and it’s a very small town. Rooms will sell out fast!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code but we are shooting for a semi formal-formal attire. Our venue is outdoors, so we recommend wearing shoes that will work for grass.
