Where can we park?

Answer

The Riverside Parking garage is located directly across from the venue. The Riverside Parking garage is located between Brook Street and Floyd Street; these entrances are open and available for parking. Further down Washington Street and across Floyd Street is another small lot that Ice House guests are welcome to use. This is a Riverside Parking lot as well and accepts card payment. Street parking is also available. Rates are determined by Riverside Parking but all spots are free after 6pm.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our short ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Following the ceremony and cocktail hour, we will move inside for drinks, dinner, and dancing.

What's the weather like in Louisville in October?

October in Louisville is typically mild and pleasant with daytime temperatures averaging around 70°F and evenings cooling down to about 50°F. Please check the forecast as the day approaches - you will have full outdoor and indoor access throughout our event!

What should I wear?

We kindly request semi-formal attire: cocktail or full-length dresses and suits or blazers with dress pants. Please refrain from wearing denim.

What's the timeline for the day?

Answer

The 6:00pm ceremony will be immediately followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. The celebration will wrap up at 11:00 PM.

Will you be having a wedding party?

We’ve chosen not to have a traditional wedding party. We’re so grateful for the love and support of our family and friends and we can’t wait to celebrate with all of you.
