Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire/Semi-Formal - Both the Welcome Party and the Ceremony When planning your shoes be mindful that there are a few areas with stone and grass walkways!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited seating, please only attend with those addressed on your invite! If it's addressed to the family, children are invited. You will also see who is invited or if you have a plus one when submitting your RSVP.

What colors should I not wear?

Answer

Please avoid whites or like colors, thanks!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided on the day of. The RSVP will include a question about this.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We'd love for our out-of-town guests to stay at the recommended hotels (provided in travel). They are all within walking distance of the Welcome Party location, and it makes it easy to catch a ride on our party bus to and from the venue!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please directly get in contact with the bride or groom.

Flying in - Should we rent a car?

Answer

Most of the recommended hotels have airport shuttles available. We will also provide a party bus to transport family and friends in town without a car to and from the venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If the invite is addressed to the family (ex. The Stebbing Family), then the kids are invited as well.

What if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30 pm. We recommend guests arrive between 4:00om and 4:15pm so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, you will be asked to stand off on the side in order not to interrupt any part of the ceremony.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside the venue despite what the weather should be. The reception will take place indoors and outdoors on the same property, so no need to travel in between!
